Marketing Manager

Our team leader, Chris, is the longest standing member of the A1MS Support Team, he has been with the company for 8 years.

A fine art degree and design agency experience stood him in good stead for establishing the Marketing Dream Team as we know it today.

Before Chris joined the A1 team there was no design department and all POS was outsourced with heavy cost implications. With Chris’s skillset and creativity, the Marketing department was born and Chris has gone onto become the Manager of the team.

Outside of the office, Chris enjoys playing Golf and spending time with his young family.

Melissa Rowland

Marketing & Graphic Design

Melissa graduated University of Derby with a Media Production degree, travelled Australia for a year then came to A1 Motor Stores with a clear vision to help develop the marketing team further.

Over the last 5 years in the role she has helped countless members with their stores visual POS, created exciting in-house campaigns and massively improved A1’s digital presence.

She is also the editor of our very own quarterly A1 News magazine and in 2016 she also took over the organisation of our annual events (not forgetting growing, birthing and raising a little human in between!)

In her very little spare time she enjoys running and drinking wine (not at the same time, although that would be impressive!)
